WMS with built-in lot tracking for food & beverage manufacturers. Trace any lot from receiving to shipping in seconds.
See how it works
Every receipt, pick, and shipment has a lot attached. If any link in that chain lives on paper, one recall becomes a forensic project.
Receiving logs, pick sheets, handwritten notes. When the FDA asks for the history, someone spends the week in filing cabinets.
SMA 204 gives you 24. Tracing a lot across receiving, picking, and shipping through spreadsheets doesn't fit in that window.
No alerts when a lot nears expiry. Product ships past date, or sits on the rack until it's a write-off.
Without lot-level pick records, you can't isolate which shipments went where and end up losing a week of operations.

“The implementation virtually eliminated shipping errors, drastically cut physical count overhead costs and caught all receiving errors immediately.”

Does Endpoint actually meet FSMA 204 requirements?
Yes. Endpoint captures every Key Data Element (KDE) at each Critical Tracking Event (CTE) - receiving, transformation, and shipping. Traceback reports pull a lot's full chain of custody in seconds, so you can hand the FDA what they ask for inside the 24-hour window.
HOW IT WORKS
Audit-ready reports on demand
24-hour lot-to-vendor traceability
Barcode scanning at every touchpoint
Will Endpoint work with our Software or ERP?
Endpoint connects natively to Sage 100, Acumatica, QuickBooks, NetSuite, and PDI - no middleware, no third-party connectors. Lot data writes directly to your ERP, not to a separate system you have to reconcile at end of day.
We're looking at FoodLogiQ and Wherefour. Why Endpoint?
Those tools solve traceability but leave you managing the warehouse separately - two systems, two logins, two sources of truth. Endpoint is a full warehouse management system with lot tracking built in: receiving, production, picking, shipping, cycle counting, and FSMA traceability in one platform. You need a WMS anyway. Ours covers compliance too.
How long does implementation take?
Most customers are live within 8-12 weeks - not the 9-18 months typical of enterprise WMS projects. Our team handles the ERP connection, configures your lot-tracking workflows, and trains your warehouse staff. You're scanning lots and running traceability reports well before your next audit cycle.
Do we need to buy new hardware?
No. Endpoint runs on any Android or iOS device your team already carries. If you prefer ruggedized handhelds like Zebra or Honeywell, we support those too. No PCs at workstations, no clipboards on the floor.
Delivery arrives. Your team scans each pallet or ingredient tote at the dock - lot number, expiry, and vendor captured in one pass. The traceability chain starts here, not in a binder.
THE FIX
Issue raw materials to a work order with a scan. The finished lot inherits every ingredient lot that went into it - so when a supplier recalls a raw material, you know exactly which batches of product to pull.
The system tells your team which lot to pull based on FEFO rotation. They scan to confirm. Expired or out-of-rotation stock? The scanner blocks it before it ships.
Verify every lot before it leaves. Scan items against the packing list. Lot numbers lock to the customer and PO - so when a recall hits, you know exactly where every unit went.
