Mobile barcode apps (iOS & Android)

Workflow setup & configuration
STEP 1
Connect
We connect Endpoint directly into Sage 100. No middleware, no third-party connectors.
STEP 2
Configure
We map your scanning workflows to receiving, picking, shipping, and label printing.
STEP 3
Scan
Your team scans, and Sage 100 updates in real time.
The app confirms the right item, quantity, and location before it ships.
THE FIX
Your team scans during receiving, picking, packing, and shipping. Every scan updates Sage 100 in real time.
Print and scan barcode labels for items, bins, and shipments without leaving the workflow.
Endpoint owns both the app and the Sage connection, so there's one point of accountability.

Endpoint turns Sage 100 into a scan-driven warehouse. Your team scans receiving, picking, packing, and shipping on a phone, and Sage updates in real time. No middleware, no manual entry.
See a Live Demo
Your team fills the gaps by hand, and every manual step costs you accuracy.
Without scanning, every receipt, pick, and ship is hand-keyed into Sage, slow and full of errors.
Pick lists on paper mean no scan verification and no real-time status.
Third-party connectors lag and break, and then nobody owns the problem.
Batch entry means Sage is hours behind what actually shipped.

Does this replace Sage 100?
No. Sage 100 is your ERP for accounting, purchasing, and everything it does well. Endpoint handles warehouse operations and writes data directly back to Sage. Think of it as a warehouse layer on top of your existing system.
We already have multi-bin in Sage 100. Why do we need this?
Sage 100 multi-bin tracks quantities by location. Endpoint adds barcode scanning, directed picking, mobile receiving, and real-time updates. You get visibility Sage gives you, plus the warehouse execution it doesn't.
What happens when Sage 100 goes 64-bit?
Endpoint is ready. When Sage 100 moves to 64-bit only, your warehouse system transitions with it. No rip-and-replace, no re-implementation.
What hardware do we need?
Probably less than you think. Endpoint runs on standard iOS and Android phones and tablets — most customers start with devices their team already has. For warehouse-grade scanners we suggest Zebra or Honeywell, but we'll look at your current setup on the demo before recommending new hardware.
How long does setup take?
Most implementations take weeks, not months. We pre-configure workflows based on your operation, so your team can usually start scanning within the first few weeks.
